During our first meeting, we'll talk through the basics, size, layout, and square footage, and help you clarify your vision. If you don't already have plans or an architect, we'll guide you through each step and offer insight based on years of experience. We've made the mistakes so you don't have to.
Our process is fully turnkey. From zoning and title work to utilities and permitting, we manage it all. This includes plotting, rezoning, and running in-ground services if needed. You focus on the design, we'll handle the logistics.
Pricing is fully transparent. Once we finalize specs, the number you're quoted is the number you'll pay. Any change orders during construction are priced clearly before you approve. Our average cost is $175–$190 per covered square foot. This includes on-site security cameras to protect your investment and insurance during the build for your peace of mind. Additionally, your home will come with a full 2-10 home warranty once it is complete.
