Text Message (SMS) Consent Addendum
The consent sections below are the optional SMS addenda Ella Bree Homes uses with its construction and purchase agreements and with its Sub-Contractor Agreements. They document how customers, project stakeholders, field staff, and contracted trade partners opt in to operational project text alerts.
These are reproductions of the SMS consent sections that appear on signed Ella Bree Homes agreements (and on standalone one-page addenda). Signing either is optional; consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any agreement, purchase, financing, engagement, or payment. Anyone may also opt in online through our SMS enrollment form.
A. Customers and Project Stakeholders
Presented as an optional one-page addendum to the Ella Bree Homes Construction Agreement or Purchase Contract, under the heading "Text Message (SMS) Consent (Optional)."
By checking the box below and providing your mobile number, you agree to receive text (SMS) messages from Ella Bree Homes about the construction of your home or the project identified in this Agreement, including progress and status updates, requests for decisions or selections, schedule and milestone notices, inspection results, and coordination and confirmation messages. This is not a marketing program; we will not send promotions, advertisements, or newsletters.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Your consent is not a condition of this Agreement, of any purchase, or of any financing, and declining will not affect your project.

By checking the box below and providing your mobile number, you agree to receive operational text (SMS) messages from Ella Bree Homes related to active and ongoing construction projects, including schedule reminders and start-date notices, inspection notices, task-ready alerts, and coordination and confirmation messages. This is not a marketing program.
