Text Message (SMS) Consent Addendum
The consent section below is included in every Ella Bree Homes Sub-Contractor Agreement. It documents how field staff and contracted trade partners opt in to operational project text alerts.
This is a reproduction of the SMS consent section that appears on the signed Ella Bree Homes Sub-Contractor Agreement (and on a standalone one-page addendum). Signing it is optional; consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any agreement, engagement, or payment. Field staff and trade partners may also opt in online through our Field Team & Trade Partner SMS Enrollment form.
Text Message (SMS) Consent (Optional)
By checking the box below and providing your mobile number, you agree to receive operational text (SMS) messages from Ella Bree Homes related to active and ongoing construction projects, including schedule reminders and start-date notices, inspection notices, task-ready alerts, and coordination and confirmation messages. This is not a marketing program.
